We are husband & wife duo Damon & Rhi; CALON Catering, a catering & private fine dining company based in the Southwest. We bring a background in fine dining rosette standard cookery and passion for fine local ingredients to create you a bespoke culinary experience, whether that be an intimate 5 course private dining experience in your own home or accommodation, decadent wedding & events catering or anything in between.

CALON caters for a range of occasions; from intimate private dinners to wedding and corporate catering & street food pop-ups. We’re not your bog-standard catering services - we believe in adding that extra flair and fanatical detail into all our events and provide innovative dining experiences always made with love. We work closely with you to build your dream menu & make your event a success, with a passion for creating something extra special and memorable. Food is to be celebrated and it’s that sentiment that’s at the heart of all we do.

Environmental responsibility is a core value of our business; minimising our impact on the planet matters greatly to us and operating in a way which upholds our beliefs is very important. We always use recycled and recyclable packaging and veg-ware as part of our services, only using what is really needed. We are super passionate about utilising the plethora of wonderful local ingredients we are lucky enough to have access to, not only for sustainable practice but because we believe in using the highest quality ingredients to get the most out of our dishes. We believe that produce deserves the respect of being used properly and ethically and love the ethos of head to tail eating and getting creative with ingredients. As our business grows, we hope to build upon and promote these sustainable practices. We pay our staff above living wage and champion change in the hospitality industry and support charities such as the Burnt Chef Project
